I decided to replace the motor and the fan. It was easy to do, took me about forty minutes.
All I needed was a 9mm wrench and a phillips screwdriver.When removing the fan make sure you turn the nut clockwise.The electric plug did not fit new motor ,so I had to cut one wire and add my own plug.
