After researching why ovens don't preheat we realized the bake element in our oven was no longer working. At first, we could not find our model number but thanks to help from CSR Heidi we were able to identify the part number needed. Our oven is a 20 year old Frigidaire Gallery slide in unit and my husband was able to install the new bake element in about 15 minutes. Oven works like new and Thanksgiving dinner was saved.
