We entered the problem on the internet and came across AppliancePartsPros.com. From there we watched a video on replacing the igniter which we believed was the problem. We ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros and it arrived the next day! Two days later we replaced the igniter. It took about 20 minutes and the oven was working correctly once again!
