One of the slip nuts was seized and was twisting the line when I turned it for removal. I was able to remove the other two lines and hold the nut with a wrench and spin the switch assembly in order to disconnect this line without damaging it. I attached the new switch with the same technique. I found it easier to remove the squeeze clips holding the oven temperature sensor (connected to the switch assembly) on the back wall for removal and replacement instead of attempting it reaching to the back of the oven.
