I had this same problem before . So I knew how to fix it. Thank God it was the same problem. I fixed it by first turning off the power,you don't want to forget that. Or that will be the last thing you do. Next I pulled the wall oven out and took off the back panel . Next I removed the two screws that held the thermal overload in place and took off the two connections. Then I put the new one in and reversed the process. Really no big deal. Saved myself 100 dollars by doing it myself.
