I fixed it by replacing the bake ignitor. CAUTION: the bake ignitor is very very fragile - I accidentally broke the one I ordered but Wendy in customer service sent me a new one under the warranty.
The video for my model number wasn't exactly correct - the bake ignitor connector was accessed by removing the warming drawer at the bottom of the oven; it was not accessible from the back of the oven. This took a while to figure out, but once I did was a very easy repair.
Another interesting note: I measured the resistance of the broken bake ignitor and it was 220 Ohms. I measured the resistance of the new bake ignitor and it was 73 Ohms.
