Replace control panel. Shutofff power supply. 6 top torx screws are removed, then two wires from latch and only the one flat cable from the circuit board on the right, then lift control panel off. Latch and circuit board pop-out carefully. Circuit board remains floating carefully on other wires 'til you snap it into new panel and put latch and old handle into new panel, then reattach wires, cable and screws, the two top screws also anchor the latch. Voila. It's rarely the circuit board. Panel gets damaged by steam. New panel was made this year, hopefully improved! PS You can do the control panel test outlined on the bottom of page of troubleshooting papers hidden right in the bottom panel, the simple one that you try before and after disconnecting cable to circuit board. Simple and quick test for panel though symptoms make it obvious anyway. Need torx screwdriver or bits.
