After many times of opening and closing the freezer and removing the ice tray, pieces of ice may fall out and land in the drawer. The problem is that when you put the ice tray back down into the drawer it sits on the ice and you are unable to shut the freezer door. To children, all they know is to push harder. Sometimes the door would shut, but when opening the freezer again, it would get hung and with enough force you can pull the front portion of the ice maker off. This was a snap to replace. I think the hardest thing to do was remove the drawer with all the frozen food. It had four screws and a small clip into the power. This had to have been one of the simplest replacements ever. Thanks.
