I ordered replacement dish rack wheels from Applianceparts.com. I accessed the video showing how to replace those wheels (found on the website, specifically accompanying the product I ordered). I easily replaced the three wheels; the rack now rolls easily in and out of my dishwasher. I have no experience in appliance repair; more complex repairs would probably challenge me, but this was so easy. Be sure to check out the video that goes with what you want to buy. They are great!
(As an aside, I did not have the model number of my Maytag appliance, but between the picture with the product and the video, both on the Applianceparts website I easily made a match to my dishwasher.)
