This kit was just what I needed and it was fairly easy to install. There are several YouTube videos that are easy to follow (just search YouTube for W10712395). I just needed a flat screwdriver and a torx screwdriver. Glad I had a torx screwdriver of the right size. The parts in this kit seem a lot more robust than the original parts that broke. With this kit and help from the video, I saved myself an expensive house call! Also, really nice that this kit was shipped same day as ordered!
