Called and was walked thru the parts available ....was asked to take pics of my issue and email while on the phone... The rep was able to confirm that the replacement rail guide assembly they had in stock would solve my issue.. Placed the order with the rep while on the phone and received the part the next day with standard shipping. 15 min install time and worked perfectly! Could not have been a better experience....
