Suzanne S Killingworth , CT September 06, 2014 Appliance: Model BOSCH PLASTIC WASHER WINDOW The plastic window on washer has tabs that hold it in and they cracked off and the glass came off Called appliance pros and found replacement part and ordered it. Took out the old one by removing the plastic tabs with screw driver and pliers. They were stubborn in coming out.
