Replaced control board.
Unplugged washer. Removed three screws holding control panel, flipped unit forward. In order to remove the assembly, you need to slide it about an inch to the right. Removed the screws holding the control board to the panel. Carefully transferred the wire connections to new board, including the loop back. Reassembled in reverse order. This repair was able to be performed without having to move the washer.
