After reading posts with the same issue, determined replacing the fuse and thermostat. Literally received the parts overnight, installed them within a few minutes, and we're up and running with no issues. The most difficult and time consuming part of the repair was locating this website, then unscrewing and removing the cover from the microwave! Really impressed with such great service and immediate shipping.
