I popped off the original agitator and quickly saw that the teeth on it had been worn down and that is why it was no longer spinning during the cycle. I ordered a new part on Appliance Parts Pros, which they confirmed would fit my machine. It was at my front door in less than 24 hours and I had the new part on the machine and working in less than 10 minutes. I will 100% use these guys again, amazing service and quality parts.
