Once I looked at it, I discovered that several prongs from the underside were missing. I definitely needed to find a new replacement. AppliancePartsPros.com came to my rescue! The original Pulsator Cap kept floating around the washer and it drove me crazy. So happy that it was easy to order a new one and it was delivered pretty quickly. It was easy to install and I am happy with my washer once again!!
