The pulsator and the clutch spine were stripped and required replacement. I am an experienced aircraft mechanic and I found the clutch was a bit of a challenge to replace.. If replacing the clutch make sure you have either a specialized removal tool,, a wrench that is 10 inches or less and opens to at least 1 1/2", or use a 38mm socket with a 3/4 drive and a 2 foot extension. The nut holding the tub will be very tight and very awkward to unseat, so I also recommend using penerator fluid like WD40 -spray it on the nut and let it sit overnight. Be very careful with the rotor it is very fragile and easy to break off the magnets. When reinstalling, the nut used to hold the tub will need to be again very tight, otherwise it will loosen and unseat the tub after the first wash.
