I called multiple times because the first person said that the part wasn't available, which didn't seem right to me. The 2nd person realized that in the model number I gave the O (letter) was a 0 (number). Once that was figured out it was determined that you have the part. Reasonable price, extremely quick delivery & helpful video. Replacement was very easy, but took me longer because I cleaned the inside of dishwasher while it was apart & the floor under the dishwasher while it was out.
