I went onto You tube and found your site that showed a video on how to trouble shoot this problem. I found that it was a faulty infinite control switch and replaced the part. The time involved taking out the old part and replacing with the new one took 15 minutes! When ordering the part make you specify which size of the burner is not working. On my model the front right is the large burner and the small one is in the rear. On the left side the small burner is up front and the large is in the rear - the wattage is totally different: 1560 w for the small and 2040w for the large.
