John L Wichita , KS July 13, 2015 Appliance: Model 665.15972992 Racks tines were rusting out and breaking off Pulled the plastic stops that held the upper rack int he track and slid out the old one. The bottom rack lifts right out as nothing holds it. slid the new top rack into the rails and put the stops back in. assembled the rollers for the bottom rack per the instructions and set it in place. The colors of the new racks were not the same as the old ones but that was not a big issues and the shape and spacing of the tines were different but everything fit and works. It was simple and quick and cost a lot less than a new dishwasher. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
