I watched the video and it looked pretty straightforward to me. I am an older woman, and was only concerned about how much the drum might weigh and was I going to be able to physically handle it alone. No problem! It took about an hour to disassemble the dryer, remove the old seal and attach the new seal. I also took the opportunity to do lots of vacuuming while it was all open. It took about 15 minutes to re-assemble everything after the adhesive had dried, and the dryer now works great! Probably saved me $200-$300 since I didn't have to pay someone else to do it. Thanks!
