Dealer I bought the unit from came out and diagnosed the problem, I okayed them to repair it. They told me it would take a week to repair. I told them that would not work as I have family coming in for Thanksgiving. The price was okay(385.00 + tax) but they offered no concession for time. I called ApplianceProParts, was quoted 245.00 for the control board. I received the part overnight(standard delivery) and I repaired the fridge in 15 minutes with the help video and it was working that day. ApplianceProParts is fantastic, great service, and very competent staff. The real kicker- I received a bill for 109.00 from the dealer for a service call which I woudln't mind paying if they had repaired my unit. They called me the next day and told me the part had mysteriously come in and they could come out the next day to repair it. I've spent over 8,000.00 with this dealer over the last 20 years but never again. Thanks ApplianceProParts!
