After researching the problem and watching a video on how to fix the clicking noise which was coming from a part called Relay overload I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pro which arrived in two days. It took me about 30 minutes to switch out the part and "YES" the clicking noise has disappeared and the freezer is cooling again. Easy to follow instructions saved me the cost of having to call a high priced technician.
