Tom C Kenmore , WA October 31, 2015 The refrigerator would not cool nor freeze! I called AppliancePartsPros.com and they helped me diagnose the problem for this very nice, and well designed refrigerator, that I wanted to keep rather than recycle at the local scrap yard. It turns out that all it needed was a small electric fan (i.e., evaporator fan) to circulate the air from the freezer coils throughout the refrigerator [all other major components were good]. It was really easy to locate the motor and fan and replace it. I saved hundreds of $$$. I really appreciated the support to help diagnose the problem and realize that I could save a lot of money with the simple fix. 23 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
