Did some research on this site and saw many of the same issues. Took out the defrost thermostat by watching the video provided and tested it for continuity. Once I confirmed the part was not working properly. I ordered and replaced the part. It took a bit for me to confirm the part was functioning but there is no ice buildup on the coils so I can confirm the fridge is defrosting as it should.
