I slid a telephone book under the fridge door while holding it up. I undid the bracket. A shim fell and I didn't know where it came from (looked at the freezer door to figure out it was behind the bracket. Put the bracket on. Tightened the screws up. I then placed a note next to the refrigerator to tell her to remove all the magnets and grandchildren's drawing, because the extra weight is what probably broke the door hinge in the first place.
