I chatted with one of the customer service folks there at AppliancePartsPros.com and told her the problem and the model of the refrigertor. In minutes she had the solution and the part number. At first this was a little scary, this was something my husband and I had never attempted. We took the door off the frig, and sure enough we saw the problem, the cams were completely disentegrated. I then placed my order and we recieved the parts within 3 days (no extra shipping charges applied). My husband and I removed the door a second time, replaced the cams, put the door back on and it shuts like a new fridge. Thanks!!!
