I had no problem locating the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts website. However, there were two types of freezer door handles and, apparently, I had picked the incorrect one. I thought they were the same type but they each did not have any specifications that would indicate the one compatible with my refrigerator brand. So I contacted their Customer Service and they e-mailed me a return form to put inside the box along with the part, and a return address to put on the outside of the box so it would go to the return warehouse. I printed out both documents and repackaged the item, used the forms accordingly and sent it back. After they had received the part, my money was refunded and they helped me order the correct part and they gave me a shipping waiver. They were very helpful and respectful and I am thankful for them helping me make this a smooth process and a good experience.
