My issue was that the refrigerator was warm, but the freezer was still completely frozen and actually colder than normal. I could see in the back of the freezer that the vent that sends cold air to the refrigerator was completely frosted over. I ran the electronic trouble shooting in the server manual and everything checked out. I manually turned on the defrost, which made it so air started flowing to the refrigerator section again, which led me to believe the defrost element was working, it's just that the timer wasn't making it cycle on and off. Since the timer is built into the circuit board I bough a new control board. Until the new part came I just manually ran a short forced defrost cycle each morning and evening which kept the refrigerator cold. The install of the ECB was very simple, I just had to remove the light cover in the refrigerator by pushing back on it, then use a flat head screw driver to flip down the housing for the ECB and swap out the boards. It took about 15 minutes to trouble shoot and 15 minutes to replace the part. Seems to be working just fine now I'll know for sure in a couple weeks if it happens again.
