After watching Simon's videos, I found that the ice maker was not receiving water. There was no cool air coming up the vent from the freezer. Although the vent door was open and the fan was running. I found that the coil and fins behind the freezer panel was frozen solid.
I ordered the frost thermostat kit and replaced it. Seems to be working properly again. I checked the thermostat after I replaced it. It was open. I guess, there still could be a problem with the control panel board. It's been 4 days and I haven't noticed any frost in the freezer. Hopefully, the defrost thermostat was the problem.
