I found that there was no flow of cold air and concluded that the condenser fan that circulated cold air from the condenser was not operating. So, I found your website and ordered a fan motor for the circulating fan. Your video was of no value to me. However, I was able to remove the back panel of the freezer compartment and replace the motor. The specification literature of the refrigerator had a diagram of the fan location and how it was supposed to operate which guided me through the proper procedure. The fan motor apparently is operating well and the refrigerator freezer compartment and refrigerator main compartment are freezing and maintaining the proper temperatures. Since I am about 88 years old, it was somewhat difficult to accomplish the replacement. Nevertheless, because it was successful I am pleased.
