Troubleshooting was non-trivial. After determining the front-panel switch was not the problem, had to pull the unit out of the countertop slot, pull the top of the stove off to get to the relay area. Then swapped wires between suspected faulty relay and a relay that was still 'clicking' to confirm the fault. Then put everything back together so we could eat until receipt of the new part. Then take the top back off, install the new part, button everything back up.
