I ordered and replaced the adjusters on the upper rack (Kit P/N: W10712394). While the new parts fixed my problem, they had been redesigned such that the AppliancePartsPros.com video didn't apply to the removal of my old original parts. The video was spot on regarding the installation of the new parts though. I just had to do so poking and prodding to get my old parts removed from the rack. Maybe my dishwasher was an early version or something. It is a Kitchen Aid Model: KUDS30IXBT8. All my old parts were plastic while the new kit contains some metal parts.
