Ordered the VERY EXPENSIVE "Foot Pad Kit," and following the instructions reinstalled the new feet using the supplied silicone adhesive. I also decided to re-glue the existing feet that seemed loose. Now the entire cooktop surface is finally level. I leveled the stove earlier, only to find that there were missing grating feet which made some of the surface uneven and made it difficult to cook things as the butter/oil would all go to one side or another. Now everything is level and cooking has improved dramatically.
