First I went on Google and typed in the problem I was having. There were numerous hits, basically giving the same solution...the thermal overload switch on the back of the oven was burned out. AppliancePartsPros gave a reference to a youtube video showing exactly the part I needed, where it was located on the back of the oven and how to replace it. I priced the part at several suppliers and AppliancePartsPros had the best price, about $42.00, so I ordered the part from them. It arrived in 3 days. It took me 15 minutes to pull the oven out and replace the part. The oven now works as good as new.
