Replacement was easy with the video they made available. I had to exchange one of the bowl tines because when I ordered them (there are two) I didn’t realize they were mirror image parts. It would be fantastic to be able to locate the videos by going to my account, searching for my purchase and then simply click on the item to be taken to its page. That’s where the videos are located (underneath the item photo alongside the other pics of your item).
