After stripping the machine down using the videos for guidance, we discovered that the right rear drum support roller had seized. The left rear roller looked a bit suspect so we replaced both, reassembled, and cleaned everything thoroughly. The machine is working well again. We will keep the left rear roller as a short term spare in the event one of the front rollers goes kaput.
