Videos provided here proved to be a great starting point for proper diagnosis of problem. Pulled out heating unit and used an ohm meter to check for continuity on heating element, thermal fuse and thermistor. This took around 30 minutes. All parts should show approximately 0 ohms. It turned out the thermal fuse was open. Ordered at new one and videos also showed how to use 1/8 drill bit to remove the rivet holding the fuse on the housing. Then used a 1/8 rivet with a short grip (3mm) to attach the new fuse to the housing and reassembled the dryer. It turned out to be a happy ending. Thanks AppliancePartsPros.com. You saved me a lot of money.
