My kids broke the part where the cup pushes the lever that starts the water or ice to dispense. I bought the part from your website because it was 30% cheaper than one of your competitors. There was one screw underneath, pull the panel out, slide in the part, slide the panel back in, put the screw back in, and done. There is a youtube video that gives you the steps.
