Had purchased parts from you years ago but had forgotten. After frustrating contact with Samsung I found you guys again. I was able to watch a short video on the repair. 2 days later, $114 for the part andI have Ice! It was a simple matter of removing 2 screws, unplugging the unit and replacing the parts. I probably saved at least $200 in service costs! Thanks again.
