After finding out my washer was out of warranty, I watched a few You-Tube videos on my problem. I opened the back of the washer and removed the pump. There were a few things wrong, first, one hold down bolt was out causing the pump to move around when draining, then when I opened up the pump, the impeller fell out, the impeller shaft had broken. Also I found a detached check valve in the drain hose. (Looks like a black rubber quarter). So I called around for all these parts and no one local had them. Went to the AppliancePartsPros.com site and found the whole assembly. I immediately ordered it and even went the extra mile and paid for overnight delivery. It came right on time the next day, installed it and my machine was back in business. Thanks Guys.
