Replaced the 4 dampers on the tub assembly. Had called SAMSUNG with no support or help offered.I then researched this problem and tried several fixes including re-leveling and increasing the size of the vibration pads mounted on the inside of the unit. Checked the damper rods and to the eye they appeared to be serviceable. However, based on some comments posted by various other people having the same condition, I decided rather than pay a service call and repair (quoted as upwards of $ 300) I would replace the dampers. This was a quick repair (15 minutes), with a cost of $ 60. All works well and the wife is happy again. As for SAMSUNG, my next appliance/product WILL NOT have the SAMSUNG name. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
