Bought 4 rods to balance the tub. Crazy that it took less than 5 minutes (after we cut through the bolts that Samsung put in for the supposed "Fix"). The machine is now working fine. I'm guessing the tops blew off due to the tub flying all over the place. if they replaced the suspension rods instead of bolting down the lid, they would have saved a lot of money.
