Phelix G Orange , CA August 23, 2016 Went to sears since it was under warranty but it did not cover rubber studs that go on the grill (grate) the person at the parts store said they are not made and did not do any research Appliance parts coustomer service did the research and found the replacement parts She got the right parts ( I Have already installed them) I ordered extra for future use.
