Spent a month trying to find the parts. Finally succeeded. Waited two weeks on USPS. took 25 minutes to replace and now works like new. Replaced planetary gear. part no, 20 and 21 on parts diagram, look the same when looking at part picture but you must click on the picture to see the obverse of the part. I found this out by accident. And finally, guess what, the part number on the replacement is not the same as the part number on the original. Also spent $40 on snap ring pliers (three different sets, none of which fit). I'm retired and patient so saved myself several hundred on an expensive appliance.
