I found the correct part using the model number and map of parts. I ordered it and it arrived within a couple of days. There weren't any directions but the old shelf slid out easily once I removed the drawers and the new one slid in easily. It was slightly trickier because my fridge was installed next to a counter so one door doesn't open all the way back. Instead of having to take th door off, I was able to angle the drawer and the shelf and finagle them each into place. If the doors fully opened, it would have been a piece of cake. Regardless, I think it took me 10 min max.
