The shelves slid right in. I ordered the wrong part the first time. When I received them, I called and a representative helped me in getting the correct ones and told me how to return the incorrect ones. If I had any problems, I should contact them again for help with shipping.
This has been an easy experience for me. I appreciate the ease and not spending alot of time with it.
