Ordered 2 shelves from Appliance Parts Pros. The were on back order so it took about a week to receive the parts. Initially I mistakenly ordered 3 shelves. After contacting customer service, they cancelled the order and recreated the order with the proper number. As I said, it took around a couple of weeks but was well worth the investment. Besides the low prices which was about half what I found at Whirlpool, the customer service was excellent. The rep provided me the exact measurement as the freezer has two different size shelf depths. When the parts arrived the most difficult effort was cutting the shelves out of the packaging - total time was about 5 minutes from Fedex delivery to completed task. I would certainly use APP again and they would be my first choice for any appliance parts needs.
