I replaced the igniter, and it resolved the issue. The old igniter was still heating up, but not enough.
I have a Frigidaire FGF366EMD.
I ended up having to remove one panel in the bottom of the oven to get at the igniter, and then tip the oven to get at the connector.
The video on the site implied a panel on the back, but that was not the case for my model.
