The problem turned out to be a weak Hot Surface Igniter. When I dis-assembled the burner to replace the igniter I also found a rust hole in the burner. Both the Burner and the Igniter were replaced in only a few minutes of work and the oven operates like new again.
Parts delivery was very fast. With the standard delivery, parts were ordered late Sunday night, and delivered Tuesday Morning (just over 1 day). Also, the price for Original Manufacturer parts was pretty much the best I could find.
